ABOUT CONFERENCE

International Conference on Informatics, Environment, & Sustainable Technology (INCITEST) is an annual program hosted by Universitas Komputer Indonesia (UNIKOM) since 2018. INCITEST aims to share ideas and current researches in the areas of Informatics, Engineering, Science, and Technology. It brings together scientists, engineers, researchers, practitioners, students, and representatives of civil society organizations in the scientific forum to nurture research networks between universities and industries. The conference is expected to serve as a gathering for anyone interested in exploring optimism and potential solutions as well as answering issues and challenges in the current time. The 8^th INCITEST will be held in 23 October 2025 taking "Emerging Technology in Physics and Engineering for Sustainable Development" as the main theme. We would like to invite you to participate in the conference to share your current research and studies.

Attending in INCITEST 2024 will provide an opportunity to network and share thoughts on recent advances with other academics and experts in the same or similar fields.

NO SHOW POLICY

The INCITEST is a live conference that depends on the presentations given during their sessions, and discussion after the talks and in the breaks. Authors who fail to present their paper leave a gap in the program, which is unacceptable for the conference audience.

INCITEST balances the interests of a high quality conference with fairness towards the authors and audience members. Therefore, INCITEST reserve the right to preclude authors who do not present their paper at the conference from receiving a presenter’s certificate.

If the authors have, or anticipate, unforeseen circumstances endangering or preventing the presentation, the Committee must be contacted immediately. Any alternative arrangements require approval by the committee.

TRAVEL INFO

Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang is the primary gateway for reaching Bandung; in addition to Kertajati Airport. From the airports, you can  use two convenient travel options to Bandung:

1. WHOOSH High-Speed Railway (Soekarno-Hatta International Airport - Bandung)
From Soekarno-Hatta Airport, you will need to buy DAMRI bus ticket to Halim KCIC Station. Upon arriving at Halim KCIC station, buy the ticket for WHOOSH, the high-speed train will take you to Padalarang Station. Lastly, you will be transferred by a feeder train that will take you to Bandung Station. Bandung Station is centrally located in the city, providing easy access to various conference venues and amenities. This service provides a comfortable and efficient travel from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport to Bandung Station.

2. Shuttle Bus Service (Kertajati International Airport/Soekarno-Hatta International Airport - Bandung)

Additionally, you can use a shuttle service to travel directly to Bandung. Shuttle services are available to provide a convenient transfer from either Soekarno-Hatta or Kertajati International Airport to Bandung, ensuring a seamless journey.
