ABOUT CONFERENCE

International Conference on Informatics, Engineering, Science & Technology (INCITEST) is an annual program hosted by Universitas Komputer Indonesia (UNIKOM) since 2018. INCITEST aims to share ideas and current researches in the areas of Informatics, Engineering, Science, and Technology. It brings together scientists, engineers, researchers, practitioners, students, and representatives of civil society organizations in the scientific forum to nurture research networks between universities and industries. The conference is expected to serve as a gathering for anyone interested in exploring optimism and potential solutions as well as answering issues and challenges in the current time. We would like to invite you to participate in the conference to share your current research and studies.

Attending in INCITEST 2025 will provide an opportunity to network and share thoughts on recent advances with other academics and experts in the same or similar fields.

 

NO SHOW POLICIES

INCITEST is a live conference where active participation, including presentations, and discussions during plenary and parallel sessions is essential to ensure the quality and impact of the event. In line with this commitment, the following no show policies are in place:

  1. Mandatory Presentation: Authors are required to present their papers during the conference. Papers that are not presented will not be processed for publication, and no certificate will be issued.
  2. Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unexpected situations that may prevent an author from attending or presenting, the author must inform the organizing committee as soon as possible.
  3. Alternative Arrangements: Any alternative presentation arrangements must receive prior approval from the organizing committee.
  4. Accepted, presented, and selected papers will be submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore®, subject to compliance with IEEE Xplore® scope and quality standards. No guarantee that the content will be published in Xplore® and indexed in Scopus.
  5. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (including its removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

These policies are designed to maintain the integrity and quality of the conference. Authors are expected to respect and adhere to these guidelines.

Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang is the primary gateway for reaching Bandung; in addition to Kertajati Airport. From the airports, you can  use two convenient travel options to Bandung:

 

1. WHOOSH High-Speed Railway (Soekarno-Hatta International Airport - Bandung)
To reach Bandung from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, first you need to purchase a DAMRI bus ticket to Halim KCIC Station. After arriving at Halim KCIC Station, buy a ticket for WHOOSH, the high-speed train that travels to Padalarang Station. Continue your journey with a feeder train from Padalarang to Bandung Station. Bandung Station is centrally located, offering convenient access to various conference venues and city amenities. This route ensures a comfortable and efficient connection between Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and Bandung.
